So how are we to belive you that you will honor the 1v1? Especially when the games mechanics encourage otherwise.

I would recommend against this. And suggest if your ship blows up you lose. If one side manages to warp out, well you probably still had a decent fight even if you did not get a kill/win.

Not requiring tackle is too far removed from actual pvp IMO. So I am not interested in agreed fights were parties are expected to sit there like npcs until they blow up.

You will end up fighting snipers that would be worthless in real solo pvp because normal pilots would just warp away.

You will also face ships that use those extra mid slots (who even needs a prop mod when you can tank anything they throw at you) for capacitor mods that help create stupidly large active tanks. Punisher and merlin ftw. Of course these set ups would never actually kill *anything* if the other side could warp outà

In sum the fits will have no bearing on fits that would actually be good solo fits outside of these artificial rules.

If on the other hand you make it so itÆs like real pvp where if one side does see they are not going to win and therefore does try to warp out à then this exercise will actually improve your solo skills. Both fitting skills and piloting skills. But do as you like.

Just fair warning if I, and almost everyone else I know, agrees to a fight I/they will try to warp out if it appears they are losing. In my experience they are agreeing to not have others jump in on the fight but they are not agreeing to fight like an npc.

Edit: If your just talking about rules for t1 logi hulls then, well I suppose any warp out rules are fine.
